An aquatics club has won an award for excellence after a year of hard work.
Haringey Aquatics, a swimming, diving and water polo club based in Tottenham, has been given a Swim 21 certificate by the Amateur Swimming Association.
Club chairman Matthew Whitty said the new accreditation was a "fantastic result" for the club, with members working towards the certificate for the past year.
He said: "New policies have been drafted, new training plans have been created, new staff development plans launched, as well as a multi-year development and financial plan adopted.
"This process has helped us deliver better results in training and in local, regional and national competitions.”
