The last company standing in the way of the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium plans must appeal by the end of today.

Archway Sheet Metal Works has until the end of the day to lodge a further appeal against the decision to issue a compulsory purchase order (CPO) on their land.

The CPO was made by Haringey Borough Council, with permission from Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Eric Pickles, last year.

The steel fabrication company challenged the order at the High Court in February but judge Justice Dove ruled Mr Pickles' decision to grant the CPO was legally sound.

Archway had 21 days since the hearing to appeal directly to the Court of Appeal against his decision but that period will expire today.
