A celebrity chef helped open a new shop that has created 100 jobs in the borough.
Ready Steady Cook star Ainsley Harriot and mayor of Haringey Councillor Jennifer Mann were joined by Haringey social care charity Sense as they opened a new B&M store in High Road, Tottenham.
Mr Harriot signed autographs and handed out samples of his soup range at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Charity Sense, which also has a retail shop on the High Road, was nominated by the store employees to receive £250 worth of B&M vouchers as a thank you for opening the store.
