A TOTTENHAM man accused of murder has been released on bail awaiting trial.
Robin Clarke, 39, of Avenue Road, will appear at the Old Bailey on September 14 for a Plea and Case Management Hearing.
A date for trial will then be set.
Clarke is accused of stabbing 39-year-old Trinidadian Daryl Phillips of Sydenham, South London, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
An air ambulance was called to the scene, in Avenue Road, at 3am but it was too late to save Mr Phillips who died after haemorrhaging following a stab wound to his leg.
Clarke has been released on bail subject to a curfew and banned from entering the M25 area.
