A WOMAN trapped in a burning Tottenham house early this morning was resuced by firefighters.
Three fire engines and up to 15 firefighters from Tottenham and Edmonton were called to the house, in Baronet Grove, at 7.54am.
The woman was stuck on the first floor of the house and was rescued by fire crews.
She suffered smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene.
A man left the house before the arrival of the brigade.
The fire was brought under control by 8.21am and part of the roof has been damaged.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
