Appeal: police are asking anyone with information about Saturday's stabbing to come forward
POLICE launched an appeal for witnesses yesterday after a man was stabbed in Stroud Green Road.
The 29-year-old was stabbed twice — once in his back and once in his side — between 3.40am and 4.10am near the junction with Perth Road on Saturday.
He was taken to a north London hospital and his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The attack is now being investigated by Haringey police CID and officers are looking at CCTV footage.
