A MAN accused of pushing a Wood Green human rights lawyer under a Tube train is due to start a murder trial this afternoon.
Nina Kangasingham, 35, of Chichelle Road, Cricklewood, is due at the Old Bailey accused of the murder of 63-year-old transgender lawyer David Burgess, also known as Sonia, on October 26 last year.
Mr Burgess, 63, died after being hit by the Piccadilly line train at King's Cross Underground Station.
Mr Kanagasingham, who was undergoing sex change therapy at the time, had been seen arguing on a platform with the lawyer who specialised in immigration law.
