A man has been jailed for 14 days after breaching a court order banning him from arguing with his mother.
Andrew Stavrou, 27, from Camden, was convicted on Friday, May 11, and also forced to pay £1,460 in court costs.
The man would regularly visit his mother's house in Lightfoot Estate in Grove Road, Hornsey, and neighbours complained of loud and aggressive arguments in the early hours of the morning.
In December, Haringey Council called for an injunction against the man, banning him from visiting the estate.
However, Stavrou continued to visit the address and was arrested twice and given a suspended sentence for breaching the injunction.
In February, he was warned that any further disturbances would result in a prison sentence.
Despite the warning, Stavrou refused to keep away and he was jailed.
