Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has slammed the sacking of Tim Sherwood insisting that the current constant rotation of managers is damaging to the Premier League.
Wenger has outlasted ten Spurs managers during his time at Arsenal and warns Tottenham that regularly sacking managers is not the way forward.
Wenger told the Daily Mail: "Tottenham manager or any other manager, it's always sad when someone loses their job. The worrying thing is the rotation of managers is very good and that is not good.
"I believe technical stability is important for the quality of the game."
After Pepe Mel left West Brom on Monday, Sherwood was the second Premier League boss to be dismissed this week.
